General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 499vet ("we", "us", or "platform") and the platform's members ("you" or "user"). If you visit the 499vet website, create an account, or use any of our services, you automatically accept these Terms.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. If you continue using the platform after changes take effect, you will be considered to have accepted the updated Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

499vet services are available only to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 years of age or older (for 21+ only).
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• You must have an active bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account.
• You must use the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You must be of full mental capacity and must not be under the influence of any addiction.

Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

Each user may create only one account. Creating duplicate accounts will result in the balance of both accounts being forfeited and both accounts being closed. All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, and payment account number — must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing them with others or transferring your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately via 24/7 live chat.

3.3 Right to Close Accounts

499vet may suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to manipulate it
• Operating multiple accounts
• Misconduct toward other users
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform

Deposit, Withdrawal, and Payment Policy

4.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. 499vet currently supports three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

4.2 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. However, processing time may be longer during account verification or in unusual circumstances.

4.3 Payment Verification

We verify identity and payment account details before approving withdrawal requests. The mobile number and payment number registered to the account must belong to the same person. Transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Incorrect Transactions

If an incorrect amount is credited due to a technical error, 499vet reserves the right to correct that amount. If a user spends funds received in error, the equivalent amount will be deducted from their future balance.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳6,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → total ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This means that if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳50,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be used only once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — not without meeting the requirements.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, only one will apply.
• 499vet reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account and bonus may be forfeited.

VIP Program and Cashback

The 499vet VIP program has three tiers. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Cashback is provided on a weekly basis and is added directly to your account. In any dispute regarding VIP benefits or cashback, the decision of 499vet will be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 499vet platform:

• Taking unfair advantage of technical errors or bugs.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Operating multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to steal other users' information or commit fraud.
• Attempting to breach the platform's cybersecurity.
• Operating an account solely to collect bonuses without genuine play (bonus hunting).

Data Protection and Privacy

499vet uses SSL encryption and modern security measures to protect your personal information. Your data will not be sold to third parties. However, information may be disclosed to authorities where legally required.

Any user may close their account at any time. Available balance must be withdrawn before closing the account. Claims for balance withdrawal after account closure may not be accepted.
